I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, of a reasonable standard, and beautifully decorated. The heating system was a lifesaver after those long Trekking Tours, as the room was already cozy and warm when we arrived. The service, despite some sketchy dealings, was outstanding during our trekking trip and bike rides to the waterfalls. The location, although a bit challenging in the rain, was near the city center and offered lovely mountain views. The dining experience was average, with a somewhat limited morning spread, yet still satisfying. Overall, a delightful stay with just a few minor hiccups.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with amazing views if the weather cooperates, but be prepared for the climb up. The staff were helpful in organizing tours and providing local tips, but there were some challenges in finding the hotel. The dining experience could use more variety, but the rooms with big windows made up for it.
